He most recently served as SVP of Finance at Crescendo, a leading AI startup backed by General Catalyst. Before that he was a Board Member and CFO at PartnerHero, a hyper‑growth customer‑service outsourcing business, where he helped guide the company through rapid expansion and a successful sale.

Earlier in his career Ryan co‑founded and co‑managed Stoic Holdings, an entrepreneurial private‑equity firm where he built two successful platforms (including one successful exit in 2024), and invested at East Rock Capital and TowerBrook Capital, multi‑billion‑dollar PE funds. He began his professional journey at Evercore Partners in the restructuring group, advising on large‑cap corporate workouts during the 2008 financial crisis.
